Joe Germain, Founder and Lead Advisor of Three Rivers Growth, brings over 25 years of asset management and financial services expertise. As Vice President and Managing Director of Global Distribution at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG), he led global strategy, sales training, and territory expansion, working closely with affiliates to optimize sales and marketing efforts. Before AMG, Joe served as COO and Head of Business Development for Lehman Brothers Asset Management’s Quantitative Investment Group, where he secured early capital adoption for multiple hedge funds and long-only investment strategies. His extensive career includes senior leadership roles at Forstmann-Leff, GMO, Putnam Investments, and CypressTree Asset Management. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Stonehill College and graduated from Harvard Business School’s General Management Program. Joe is passionate about teaching and has coached athletics at the youth, high school, and college levels. He resides with his family in Boston, MA.
