Joseph Germain
Founder and Lead Advisor of Three Rivers Growth Advisors
With over 25 years of experience in asset management and financial services, Joe has held transformative leadership roles across the industry. As Vice President and Managing Director of Global Distribution at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG), he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global distribution platform, driving strategy, affiliate engagement, sales, and market expansion. Previously, as COO and Head of Business Development for the Quantitative Investment Group at Lehman Brothers Asset Management (now Neuberger Berman), Joe led the launch of several alternative investment strategies. His career includes senior roles at Forstmann-Leff, GMO, Putnam Investments, and CypressTree Asset Management. A graduate of Stonehill College with a Political Science and Economics degree, Joe further enhanced his expertise through the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
